Current turn around time is approximately 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. I do not work on orders on weekends or holidays. Please be aware that that is production time, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for your item to get to you once mailed. I am not responsible for items once they have been mailed.

**All items are handmade, please keep in mind that no two items are identical.

**There may at times be a slight difference between real and perceived colors of an item due to the nature of an item or resolution of a monitor.

**Fabric placement will vary from pic.

Shirts are custom made to order and are generally shipped within one-two weeks. As the shirt is made for you, returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued. Please convo if you have any questions prior to ordering.

If you need items quicker please contact me BEFORE ordering, as I can accept some rush orders depending on my current schedule. Unless arrangements are made prior to ordering, your order will be shipped according to my current turn around time. There will be an extra charge for rush orders. Thank you for your understanding!

Production Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Nights and Weekends are for my family. You're welcome to order and contact me anytime, but if it's during a time when my shop is closed I will get back to you as soon as possible. I usually respond to messages within 24 hours.

**DISCLAIMER: Some items may contain small parts. Please use adult supervision at all times while wearing any item purchased from Kritter's Kreations.

Tax will be added to orders placed within Nevada.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Supplies for your custom items are bought promptly after purchase. Therefore, cancellations and refunds can only be offered for up to 24 hours following purchase.

All items ship USPS First Class with tracking or Priority. If you'd like your order to be mailed Express please message me BEFORE ordering and I'll set up a custom listing for you.
Insurance is buyers responsibility. If you'd like insurance added to your package, please contact me before purchasing so I can get a custom listing set up.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: There will be NO refunds given on personalized/custom items. If there is a defect in the item, please send photographic documentation within 48 hours of receiving the item. With proper photo documentation, I will remake a defective item if it was my fault the defect is there. Again, no refunds on personalized/custom items. In some cases I will ask buyer to send the item back before remaking. Shipping is NOT refundable.
