About

Telling our next story

The story of our workshop got started in March 2015. We were inspired of vintage materials and giving new life to them. The most items we made were created in limited series or one-of-a-kind. You can view our first shop under the link below: https://www.etsy.com/shop/KrukGarage

KrukGarageAtelier is the next chapter of our story. Here we introduce bags/backpacks etc. made of hand waxed canvas and leather. We waxe canvas by ourselves using a paraffin based wax. The bags and backpacks are designed and handcrafted by ourselves in our family owned workshop.
We use natural materials only. As wax and cotton canvas are both natural materials. The waxed canvas has a beautifully aged look, almost like leather and has great body for making bags.

Bags by KrukGarageAtelier are functional and stylish in design. They are minimalist, durable and made of natural materials. We make bags, that will stay with our customers for years, regardless of trends. Me and my wife are happy that our bags find their home in very different corners all across the world. Our goal for the future is to keep growing day after day.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Item must be returned within 14 DAYS after the buyer receives the item If you are not satisfied with your purchase.

We do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.

If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).

You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a track number.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Made to order and personalized items cannot be canceled and are not refundable.

We accept PayPal payments only.

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

2.) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
Shipping
We ship our items with Ukrainian state company Ukrposhta by registered airmail.

Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Delivery time usually takes 1-4 weeks depending on your location.

- European Union countries - 9-15 days ( excluding Italy - 20-35 days )
- Russia - 15-35 days

- Israel - 10-18 days
- Japan - 11-18 days
- Other countries - to 45 days.

ATTENTION! Before Christmas the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 3 We can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

NOTE: PLease be sure that your order includes CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.

You will receive a tracking number for your parcel as soon as your order is shipped.

If the order is lost or damaged while shipment, please contact us. We will need 14 days to request a search of the package. As soon as we will get the confirmation on our issue from the mail, we will be able to refund your money or exchange the item.
