  • Another conjoined mermaid. I’m still digging it!
  • My workspace! It is a lovely place where I can be as creatively messy and live my jewelry dreams!
  • A custom cameo brooch with dreadlock and ear gauges! I love how they turned out, and will be making these for the shop!
  • Adventures in experimenting! Working on a mermaid sculpture on a brass ring! Just needs painting!
  • Conjoined mermaid pendant testing. I dig it!

Imagination Sprung to Life

I started this shop when I realized I could make the jewelry I wished to see rather than waiting on someone else to make it. I have a real craving for originality and uniqueness and challenge myself with these two ideas with every piece I make. I really appreciate when someone recognizes the wonderment in my work. Not only do I work hard to make each piece strong and durable, I want to impart a sort of magic upon it that makes it meaningful to the wearer.
I have been a busy jewelry designer! You can find my Krystal Bijoux jewelry line in Moxy Mercantile in the SOMA District of Little Rock and the Butler Center in Little Rock’s River Market. Krystal Bijoux has been featured in Little Rock’s The Rep Theatre’s Forty Under Forty. I am featured in the book Women Makers of Arkansas by Erin Wood of Et Alia Press. Erin wrote a great article about my, work, my influences, and inspirations as well as those of 49 others women of Arkansas.

I am so excited that you came to visit my little Etsy niche of sparkle and glamour! My name is Krystal and creating jewelry has been a pure passion of mine for over 4 years now. Jewelry that really that gets me excited are pieces that are elegant, eye catching, and really stand out. If your jewelry looks good, you look good and feel good! I know when I wear the jewelry that I make, I am so happy! I feel special to have such a unique piece of jewelry (and even more blessed to have made it). I want you to feel the same way when you wear a Krystal Bijoux piece (without having to get your hands dirty in the wild world of jewelry making :) ). Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Returns and exchange details
If you have a dire issue with your purchase, please let me know first so I can have an opportunity to make things right! I will handle returns, refund, and exchange situtations on a case by case basis.
Payment
Paypal works best for me. I request that you make those payments within 5 business days of your order. If you need more time to make a payment, let me know! I am more than willing to work with you if you need a deadline extension, but I have to know what you need so we can work together on that. If I do not receive payment in the 7 day time period and no request for a time extension, I will have to cancel the order and repost the item for sale. I will not ship any orders until payment has been sent and cleared.
I will also accept personal checks and request that I receive that payment within 7 days or the sale will be subject to cancellation. But again I will not ship the order until the check has cleared.
If you have any questions, convo me! I want you to be a happy Krystal Bijoux wearer and I will work to make that happen.
Shipping
If your order needs to be delivered in a set amount of time, please note the "ready to ship time" for the items of your order. Most are 1 to 2 days. The "ready to ship time" is in addition to the actual shipping time. There are shipping upgrades of 1 or 2 day shipping for all of our items at an additional charge. You can add these to your items after they are added to your cart. If your address is different from your paypal address, please send me the address you would like me to ship too. I can ship your order to another address if you are sending it as a gift.

Custom Orders
I am always ready for a design challenge! If you see a piece that you would like to have silver findings, or a necklace that you would absolutely love in green, let me know! I am more than happy to work with you on a custom order.
I will give a quote on the order to make sure the price works for you. If you choose to complete the order, I will send you a picture of your custom jewelry to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for!

Base Metal Pieces
A few of my pieces use base metal chains, jump rings, clasps etc that will tarnish if you do not handle the piece properly! You will know via the description if a piece uses any base metal components. Please handle these pieces properly to ensure the longevity of your purchase.
Privacy
It is Krystal Bijoux policy not to use any information you provide for your order for anything other than filling your order, settling disputes, or provide you customer support. No email lists are maintained by Krystal Bijoux. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
