I have no control over how long mail takes to arrive to it’s destination once the Post Office has it in their possession. There is rarely a problem but it does happen occasionally that things go crazy and it does not arrive on time.
Please be sure you typed in the correct address. I am not responsible for lost mail. If It says delivered and you did not receive your package immediately contact your post office. I am not able to help you with your post office.

I love Swarovski Crystals and recently I also fell in love with Asfor Crystals.My favorite is still Swarovski as the clarity is the best. But the rainbows from Asfor Crystal AB is fantastic as well.
The Crystal Balls and Pencil drops are just as beautiful and have just as many rainbows as Swarovski Crystals.

I am unable to give any refunds on custom made for you suncatchers or jewelry. That is basically any suncatcher I make. The reason is the suncatcher you order is made when you order it with the colors and length you desire. There are a few that I have are ready to ship and will state this in the listing.
Please look at each photo carefully and ask any necessary questions before you purchase. Sometimes I have forgotten to write the size of the item.
Please think about gifting the item if you are unhappy with it and did not read my return policies. Someone else will most likely LOVE it as a gift, it's always nice to have a last minute gift around to give at the ready.

~The Easy Way to Hang Your Suncatcher in Your Home~
A hook is attached so you can hang your suncatcher from a hook in your home or on a curtain rod. I get these shepherds hooks from the Home Depot or other similar stores and they go right over the curtain rod and I then hang the suncatcher on that. Makes it so easy! I find them in the section of the store where they sell house plants or outside near the decorative items.
For the car I use a lobster claw so you can hang it on your rearview mirror. 
Honestly I would not hang my suncatchers outdoors because of weather conditions I would be afraid it would fall and break.
