Please pay promptly. If payment is not received within three days, I will consider the transaction cancelled.
If you are unsure of your shipping costs, please contact me for a quote.
If you have any special requests for shipping please contact me for quotes as I use the regular postal service. If you require the item shipped in a particular time frame you may want to consider an upgrade as the regular postal service can vary drastically depending on the time of year etc. Any confirmations or insurances would also require an upgrade in shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Bottom line if you are unhappy with the product please return it to me for a full refund (excluding shipping costs... sorry) I want each and every customer to be happy with their purchase.
**Please note that due to hygienic reasons, earrings are non-refundable.**

If you have special requests, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate them. Perhaps you see something you like but aren't fond of the colour, let me know and I may have supplies to rebuild the same item or something similar in preferred colours.
