Policies on CUSTOM and RESERVED items:
CUSTOM: I do custom bindis quite frequently. I require a prepayment of roughly half of the estimated total of the order before I begin.
RESERVED: I also reserve a LOT of items for people, and quite happily, but if you have not purchased your item after a month, I will set it free and it will be available to whom ever wishes to purchase it. Exceptions are if the reservee contacts me and states they will be purchasing it eventually, then I'm happy to hold something for as long as needed, within reason. (If I keep having to renew the item, and keep having to pay the renewal fee, then we need to talk, lol)
Paypal or credit card are accepted.
I ship via USPS First Class Mail, and for international I ship USPS First Class International.
INTERNATIONAL - PLEASE READ - As it is extremely expensive to add a tracking number and insurance for overseas I do not generally do so. If you need this, please let me know and I will get you a price on it, otherwise once packages are given to the post office, they are considered delivered by me and I will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged. Please know your country's policy on taxing foreign purchases. I have had several instances of packages being held because taxes need to be paid by the recipient, and the recipient thought they were lost. I'm sorry to have to do this, but several circumstances have lead me to this. Thanks for being honest and understanding.
I ship once a week, sometimes twice a week if I can manage. Should you need a rush shipping please contact me and I'll do my very best to accommodate your needs.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of my items are non-refundable and I don't do exchanges. I will only consider a refund if the item is faulty and is returned to me in new, unused condition; or if the item has been damaged during shipping. In the case of shipping damage, please carefully photograph the package before and after you open it so we may present the photo evidence to USPS if need be. I will also always repair the damaged piece, free of charge of course!
I always examine each piece very carefully before shipping to assure it's quality is top notch!
