Custom and personalized orders
Full payment is due before project is started. If for some reason you aren't happy with the mockups, you will be refunded minus a 30% project fee. This includes 1 rework of the mockup.
Personalized and Custom orders are non refundable.

##Return Policy##
My items are made to order, and not all are returnable. If we do work out a return agreement, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. You will not see this cost in your purchase. Etsy has been strong arming its small business sellers, stating that we will not be found in searches if we do not offer free shipping. Etsy has told us to roll over the cost into our item prices and market as free shipping to our customers. This is actually illegal on Etsy's part and although my listings state free shipping, the cost is rolled over. It is actually shipping included. This cost will not be refunded in case of a return. I will provide proof of cost. The cost to ship back to me is also not refundable. Damages are insured.
