Handmade Hair Accessories for Everyday, Every Occasion, and Everyone!

I started Kurli*Cues in 2009 to supplement my income after my first child was born. I love the flexibility of being an Etsy shop owner - it allows me to work and create as needed, but also to be available when my family needs me. I'm proud to be a small business owner and take pride in producing quality items. I took a few years off to focus on other responsibilities, but am happy to be back in business doing what I love!

My twin daughters are the inspiration for the hair accessories I make. They love all things girly! They've grown a lot since my early days of crafting, and my shop will be evolving over the next few months to reflect our current tastes and interests. I want my shop more than ever to be a reflection of the things I love most in life...the things I know will also bring happiness and a smile to my customers.

I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible (prior to leaving feedback), and I will correct the issue to your satisfaction.
Please read all descriptions carefully. If there was an error made when ordering, you may be required to return the shipment at your expense before a replacement can be sent.

Shipping
{SHIPPING RATE}
U.S. shipping costs are a FLAT RATE of $3.50 no matter how much you purchase!! All international orders are calculated based on location. Please contact me for a quote.

{SHIPPING ADDRESS}
Unless otherwise requested, all packages are shipped via USPS First Class mail with an online tracking number/delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped to the address on your ETSY invoice. If you would like your items shipped to a different address, please include the information in the note to seller at checkout. You will receive an email letting you know when your package has been shipped.

{PRODUCTION TIME}
Please check my shop announcement for current production/shipping times for orders. I cannot accommodate RUSH orders due to other personal responsibilities.

Orders are processed and made in the order they are received. I am closed for production and correspondence on the weekends and all holidays. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE ordering to insure I am able to fulfill your request. :)


{PACKAGING}
All bows are shipped in boxes to insure they are not damaged during delivery. Occasionally, flat items, such as felt clippies and bottle cap clippies may be shipped in a padded envelope. I do offer gift-wrapping for a small additional charge. If interested, please contact me for more details.
