Welcome to Kuzu Accessories and thank you so much for visiting my store! I hope that you have found an accessory to add to your collection. Each piece in my store is handmade by me with love and care in a pet and smoke free environment. Also, please keep in mind that almost everything in my store is one of a kind.

I think that the accessories that you wear should be kind to your skin. So, I only use natural materials such as gemstones, semi precious stones, crystals, glass, shell and wood beads.

I hope you enjoy your time while you are in my store. Please read the store policies before completing a purchase in my store.

Payment
I accept payments via PayPal only, which is both secure and convenient. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.

Payments are due within 48 hours of purchase but I appreciate if you submit the payment immediately upon completing the checkout. If I have not received the payment by 24 hours, I will send you an “Etsy Convo”, kindly reminding you the payment. If I have not received the payment by 48 hours, I will cancel the sale and re-list the item so others may have a chance to purchase the item. Please note that I will NOT begin to process your order until payment has been received.

If you need to cancel a sale, please convo me within 24 hours after your purchase.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped with a delivery confirmation within 2 business days after the payment is received. Please note that business days do NOT include holidays and weekends.

Please ensure that your address is up to date both on your Etsy and Paypal accounts. If you have two different addresses listed, the address listed on your Etsy account will be used. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped.

If you would like your package shipped elsewhere, please write that address in message to seller during check-out or send me a convo. I cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please double check to verify that the shipping address is correct and current.

Insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended. Adding insurance may also increase the shipping cost depending on the location. So, please contact me if you would like insurance on your package and I will send you a convo for the change in shipping cost (if any) plus the insurance cost.

I pack my items carefully and do my best to make them arrive to the destination safe and whole. Please be advised that I am not responsible for any delays, loss or damage during shipping. Also, I cannot be responsible for packages that get stuck in customs. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes that may apply.

Each item is shipped in a gift box with a decorative ribbon. If you order multiple items, they may be packed in the same shipping box but each of them will have its own gift box with NO additional cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
I value your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me via Etsy convo system within 2 days of receipt of your package. I am more than happy to work with you to find a solution.

Returns may be made within 3 days of receipt of your package. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition, including the tags and the original packaging. Your refund will be sent only via PayPal after I receive the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping. I also reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Unfortunately, I do not provide exchange services.

Please note that I use delivery confirmation. So, if a package scans as delivered, I do not provide refunds.

Additional policies and FAQs
I do my best to take realistic photos of each item in my store. I take the photos in natural light and edit my pictures as little as necessary. However, please understand that colors may vary because of the settings of your monitor and subject to individual opinion.

To save on paper, I will not send a receipt; please be sure to save your email from Etsy and PayPal.

Showering, swimming and cleaning can damage your jewelry. So, avoid extensive contact with water and always remove your jewelry first. Also, exposure of jewelry to chlorine and other chemicals such as dish washing soap, perfume, hair spray can increase the risk of permanent damage.

Avoid wearing jewelry when doing rough work or engaging in sports to minimize the risk of breaking or chipping.
