Each piece is made at time of order (unless specified as in stock). Time and care goes into developing the look and fit specific to your needs. We use only professional industrial equipment to create each piece. Garments and fabrics at Katwalk Panther are made to last and must pass stress and washing test in order to be considered our collection. Our desire is that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. A happy customer will most likely be a return customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges only. Katwalk Panther will accept exchanges on ready to wear items only. Contact us to receive an exchange authorization before you return your purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition with all tags attached and postmarked to be returned within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Peplum belts without fold or wrinkle, so please return in a sturdy box large enough to accommodate the item. All custom creations are final sale, but may be returned for alteration. The buyer is responsible for all postage. Contact us to recieve a RA number before sending back merchandise for repair. Please be sure to order the correct size and give all the correct measurements from your body as specified.
Payment
PayPal is accepted. Please be sure to sign into your PayPal account when you are directed to the PayPal site to finish the purchase process. If you see a green checkmark under your order, you've completed the transaction correctly. Unsure? Go to Your Account. Click "Purchases" (on the left side). If you have paid for the order, it will say "Payment Received" under status.
