Welcome to Kylie’s Closet!
Our main focus is children's "Over The Top" (OTT) Boutique Clothing. We are also able to make matching 18" doll clothing for most styles available in our shop if this is something you may be interested in for a special little one in your life! Recently, we have began venturing into some adult women's dresses/clothing.

Our current production time is 7-10 business days. Feel free to leave your special request in the "notes to seller" at checkout.

For local shoppers, pick-up is available for no shipping charges. Please see shipping policies.
We currently accept Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout for all purchases. Payment must be received in FULL before a design will begin. If not received within 48 hours of setting up a custom listing, reservation will be cancelled and items will be re-listed.
If paying via Paypal e-check, orders cannot be started until said payment has cleared Paypal.
Large custom orders require a deposit before custom work will begin. When item is completed, payment is due within 48 hrs of listing. Items will ship same or next day after payment has cleared.
Custom orders are currently set at 3-5 business days production time, and will ship via Priority Mail USPS unless otherwise noted (2-3 day shipping).
Express Shipping starting at $19 (for most packages) is available upon request. Shipping insurance for your package is also available if needed; charges vary depending on the value of the package and are the buyers responsibility. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me for a custom listing with included insurance fees.
Orders for Local Pick up:
Please use Coupon Code SHIPLOCAL12 when checking out. Order can either be picked up in Oceanside at my home/work address (if chosen, you will be emailed the address after the order has been placed). Some local/surrounding areas are also available as drop off/pick up.
Rush orders are available for additional charge, please contact me prior to purchase with details for Rush Quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
We strive to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase at all times.
Custom and "made-to-fit" orders may NOT be refunded. We will gladly make arrangements to alter and/or fix a custom order that may not be satisfactory. Buyer will be responsible for any incurred shipping charges to and from shop for additional alterations. Maximum 2 alterations per paid order.
Please contact us if you have any issues with your product or purchase before leaving feedback.
Any items returned must be within 7 days of purchase, unused and in original shape at time of shipping. Buyer will be responsible for any additional incurred shipping charges.
Approved refunds will be issued after returned item has been received in acceptable condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
