Gift wrapping and packaging
If you would like your items gift wrapped with any special messages please contact me after you place your order. Thanks!
Custom and personalized orders
I would love to create your next custom and personalized order. Please contact me with your requests so I can work with you to make your gift personal. Please allow 2-3 additional production days for small custom orders, such as couples plates or sugar bowls. Allow up to 14+ production days for custom large orders such as custom portraits, artworks, or custom dinnerwares for special events.

All sizing should be listed by each gift item. If you have questions please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I’m always available to assist you with your shopping.
Care instructions
To protect wall art I suggest framing any unframed original art items you purchase from my shop. If you have any questions about any artwork in particular please reach out.
Typically, handpainted dinnerwares and glasswares are dishwasher safe. They are not scratch proof. The paint used for the dinnerware is non-toxic and safe to eat from. Although it is safe to microwave my hand painted dinnerwares, I do not recommend heating dinnerware in the microwave.
Do you accept returns?
Yes I accept returns for unused, undamaged works.
The following items can't be returned/exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Courses & Intuitive Readings
All returns are to be shipped back at your expense. Once the return is received a refund will be issued within 7-14 business days. International orders will take longer, message me for questions.
Conditions of return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Do you accept cancellations?
I do not accept cancellations for custom orders, digital downloads, intuitive readings or courses. If you have questions or concerns please reach out to me so we can discuss your concerns and work something out.
