I truly love creating with my hands and have always been fascinated with everything turquoise, and unique stones. I particularly enjoy making simple yet bold and unique pieces that tend to take on a more trendy bohemian vibe.

I expect payment within 3 day of purchase, unless you have made prior arrangements with me. If you want to hold an item PLEASE convo me first!

I only accept Paypal and credit cards.



We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, and Etsy Gift Cards. We will begin production on your order once we receive payment. Most items are made-to-order.

Your item(s) will ship within 5 business days from your purchase/payment date. If you want a rush order, just contact us and we'll do what we can. Please keep in mind that most items are made-to-order.

We go by the address you list when you're checking out through Etsy. Please make sure you let us know if you would like us to ship to another address.

We cannot be responsible for buyers' errors, e.g. if your item is shipped to your previous Paypal address or other invalid address on file in your Paypal account. Please make sure the your preferred address is up-to-date. Thanks!

We ship USPS First Class. If you would like expedited shipping (Priority, Overnight, etc), please let us know and we will change your invoice. If you need an alternative (UPS, Fedex, DHL), just contact us and we will discuss the best option for you.

If you would like delivery confirmation or insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will add on the extra services. Otherwise, once the items leave our studio, we are no longer responsible for the insurance of their arrival.

We ship internationally, but there are a few things you should know. You may not be able to track your package past the US border. Shipping methods that provide door-to-door tracking are INCREDIBLY expensive. Once the package leaves the United States, there can be as long as 2-3 weeks lag time until your package is delivered. The recipient (that’s you) is responsible for any and all customs or duty taxes due on the package, which can sometimes be expensive. We have no control over this extra cost. Packages will be marked Merchandise/Costume Jewelry. We will not state that a package is a gift in order to help you avoid these fees.

Please email info [at] kyrascollection [!at] with any concerns or questions, prior to leaving feedback here on Etsy, so that we can have an opportunity to assist you and correct any issues/mistakes.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange, repair, or replacement on any items within 15 days of shipping. Please email/convo us to let us know you would like to request an exchange. There is no refund on shipping/handling charges. If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for return information.

When returning your package, please include the following:
1) Unworn item(s) in its original condition
2) A copy of the original invoice
3) Please let us know the reason for your exchange — We strive to provide the best possible service and product for our customers.
