1 out of 5 starsWhen I pulled this image into my silhouette and was ready to print the wording was not clear. After contacting the seller and stating that I got almost the exact same image after using my background remover the seller tried to tell me that it would press correct I told her if it doesn’t print correctly it will not magically appear when pressing. I requested a refund because I’m not paying 6.50 for a image that is half there.

When we were first contacted by the buyer it was only mentioned that she was having clarity issues with viewing the issue via silhouette and not that any test prints were attempted so we simply offered some ideas for trouble shooting and shared that silhouette was the exact program this image was test printed with and then pressed it came out with beautiful clarity. We then proceeded in the same very first response to offer sending an adjusted PNG with different fonts to see if that was a better solution. Upon the buyers request for a refund we honored that. We then went into silhouette to again review the image as we want to ensure all the images we offer are of the best quality and we did not see the clarity issues that she was seeing from her device. So again we apologize that you were experiencing these issues.
