Our story began in 1991 when a famous event decorator walked through our doors with a vision. Inspired by the bride’s maids dress, we created a stunning chair cover that became the talk of the wedding. Since that day we have been designing and manufacturing unique and traditional event linens using the highest quality fabrics. We are very proud of every single piece we have created and more so because they have proudly been designed and manufactured in our factory in Los Angeles. Every piece bearing a proud “Made in USA” label.

Since the opening of our doors over 20 years ago, we have committed ourselves to the highest level of service and quality. Being in the heart of textile district of Los Angeles has enabled us to have access to any type of fabric available in the country. Having control over every step of the process from: sourcing the fabric, designing, manufacturing, quality control, packaging and shipping means we can get the job done much faster than the industry expectation, and with superior quality . Our standard lead time for most custom made orders is about 6 days, with much faster lead time available depending on your needs.

LA Linen is proud to be the leading manufacturer and wholesaler of event linens, such as tablecloths, overlays, chair covers, backdrops for pipe and drape systems, table skirts, napkins, aisle runners, table runners, place mats, chair caps, and any other textile made item used to decorating your event.

Our versatile facility and machinery enables us to custom fabricate any textile item. Returns and exchanges
Return/Exchange Conditions: All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and be pre-approved by having a Return Material Authorization Number (RA#). All returned items must be in the same new, unused condition in its original packaging. Laundered items will not be accepted.

Refund: - There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. The customer will be refunded the purchase price of the items only, minus the restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges and subsequent expedited fees cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective items.

Exchanges: - There is a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges. Replacement orders will be accepted up to 30 days from the delivery of the original item.

Imperfect or Incorrect Orders: - In the rare case that your order arrives and any items are defective, incorrect, or missing, we will correct it at our expense. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, as LA Linen must be notified of imperfections or incorrect orders within 10 business days of delivery date. Corrected orders will be shipped using the same shipping method chosen by the customer in the original order, or equivalent in transit time. Under no circumstances will orders originally shipped ground or equivalent have a corrected order shipped using an expedited method (i.e. Overnight/Air).

Damaged or Lost Shipments - Though not common, it is possible for a package to be damaged or lost in transit. In order for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier, please inspect the contents of your shipment and notify the driver immediately of any signs of damages. The carrier will request to inspect the package, which may occur at the shipper’s, receiver’s or carrier’s site. Please retain all packing and materials for such inspections.

Return to Sender: Orders that are shipped out to an undeliverable address, or refused by the receiver will remain in our facility for 30 days after return, to be claimed. Customers may contact LA Linen to discuss re-shipment at their own cost. After 30 days, the package will be marked as a return, and restocking fees will be applied during the refund process.
