Archivio accuratamente selezionato di capi firmati vintage e moderni.
Curated archive of vintage and modern designer pieces.
Accesso senza rumore.
Heather Storey-Kohler doesn’t follow fashion. She edits it.
Midwest raised and based in Valparaiso, within reach of Chicago, her perspective is built on contrast. Proximity without dependence. Access without noise.
Her early years were spent in motion between New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago, with extended time overseas. That exposure shaped an eye trained to recognize what holds, not what trends.
Formally educated at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, her foundation is rooted in fine art and curation. Her path moved through marketing and into raising a family, but her point of view remained exacting.
Before LAVOLTA, she developed a jewelry line and commissioned fiber art, work defined by material, structure, and intention.
Long before that, she was a child disappearing into her room, constructing looks at a sewing machine, instinctively creating what didn’t yet exist.
LAVOLTA is the result.A refined archive of vintage and modern designer pieces, selected for their presence, longevity, and relevance.
Each piece is sourced and curated with care, with an emphasis on quality, design integrity, and wearability.
For those who value pieces with presence, not excess.
