Welcome to our shop. Our goal is to help people enhance their lives by pampering their senses...naturally. We believe that every aspect of life can be aesthetically pleasing and still be environmentally-friendly.
WHEN do you ship?
Orders that are received before 1:30pm (Eastern time zone), Monday through Friday, are processed the same day and shipped the next business day.
Orders received after 1:30pm (Eastern time zone), Monday through Friday, will be processed the next business day and will ship within 2 business days.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday (Eastern Time Zone) are processed and shipped on the next business day.
WHERE do you ship to?
We ship anywhere! Special delivery fees apply for addresses outside of the United States.
HOW do you ship?
Shipping is via USPS or UPS. All products arrive with customer’s name and address on the outside, with the packing information concealed.
RATES to ship directly from our website?
Shipping prices are based on a flat rate of $6.00 (per address) for orders under $50.00. For orders over $50.00, there are no Shipping charges if being sent ground to one address in the United States. Expedited Shipping, or shipping to more than one address, can be requested at checkout. The shipping fees will be adjusted based on service used, ie: UPS or USPS. You will be notified of any adjustments once package(s) have shipped. Shipping prices on Etsy can be found with each item.
How to track an order that's been shipped?
During checkout, customer can request the tracking information to be sent via email. Please make a note in the ‘Comments Box’ at checkout.
In store pick up option?
There are no In-store pick-up options. Online ordering and delivery are only available.
EXCEPTIONS TO SHIPPING POLICY:
All shipments are sent on-time as long as weather permits. Some delays can be expected if there is severe weather.
Refunds and Exchanges
You may Exchange any item within 14 days of the original delivery, if the item is the defective, not what you expected or if you are not satisfied. A store voucher, with no expiration date, for the amount of the Exchanged item will be sent to you via email within 7 days of our returns department receiving the exchangeable item.
L’Arôme Sensuel will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or not what you ordered. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
You may Return any item (FOR A FULL REFUND) within 14 days of the original delivery, if the item is defective or if you receive a product other than what you ordered. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment, along with the costs of shipping, within 3 business days of receiving the Returned item.
There are no re-stocking fees!
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days post delivery.
