An engineer at heart that loves to tinker and build things

I am an engineer by trade and love to work with my hands and have been building things since I have been very little many years ago. Once my wife and I started our life together and purchased our first house I started in with building items to improve our house. Since then, a full gut and remodel project, we have moved to a house that needs less work so I turned to building smaller items that I can share with others.

My small (some quite an undertaking) projects started out as me playing the role of Santa's elf and building various items for my kids, a few being a train table, and a play kitchen (see me shop photos of various project I have completed if your interested). From there I was urged by friends and family to share my talent with them and in early 2015 I opened my shop in hopes of sharing my items with others.

Now with two boys of my own I hope that I can share my love of using my hands and encourage them to join my little shop as they grow older and thus show them how to think through challenges of how to construct something they can be proud of, work with people, run a small business, logistics and to be responsible for something.

P.S. If you have an idea for something that you would like or think someone else would like contact me. I am always up for a challenge

I am a proud father of two boys and a loving wife. When I am not woodworking you can find me going for a run or playing with my Boys. I created LCL Wood Working as a hobby and look to grow it into something I can pass on to my sons in the future.

Shop policies

Last updated on April 18, 2018
All my creations have been made as gifts for friends and family, or to personalize our home and I want to share these with you. I started selling my wares so that I could involve my two bright young boys, as they get older, in a hobby that will teach them how to do something with their hands other than sitting on a couch and flipping channels or playing video games. In addition to teaching them how to build something, all profits will go towards furthering their education.
