INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CONTAINING PLANTS:
- International orders that have been received before 2pm (German time) on Sunday will be shipped on Monday, orders received after 2pm on Sunday will be shipped the NEXT Monday.
- International orders: please include your phone number in the checkout note, to speed up the process of receiving your package if the delivery couriers need to contact you.
DOMESTIC ORDERS - CONTAINING PLANTS:
- Domestic orders (to Germany) will be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Cut off time for Wednesday shipment is 1pm.
ALL ORDERS THAT CONTAIN NO PLANTS CAN BE SHIPPED DAILY.

IN ADDITION: Please consider adding a heat-pack to your order if the temperatures during night fall below 5C in your region. I cannot be held responsible for cold damages to plants when you have not chosen to include a Heat Pack. Orders above 75 Euro (shipping charges excluded) will get a FREE Heat Pack.
IN EXTREMELY COLD WEATHER: NO PLANTS WILL BE SHIPPED.
