We usually ship orders in 2-4 business days. For the most current production time, please go to our shop announcement or policies page. During busy shopping periods the production time may increase and we will update the turnaround time on those pages.

-The length is the TOTAL LENGTH of the necklace measured from end to end, including the bar if the necklace has one. A 16" necklace length will sit just under the collarbone(not a choker) on a slim/petite neck, so adjust from there for your body type and where you want it to lay on your chest : )

For the most accurate length we recommend to measure around your neck or wrist at the spot you want the necklace/bracelet to sit. Wrap a string or cord around your neck/wrist, then measure it. For bracelets add a 1/4" or 1/2" depending on a normal or looser fit.

Yes, we can engrave on both sides of bars/discs and charge $10 per bar/disc for 2nd side engravings. The option will be in a listing for "2 sides", or if it is not listed as an option, contact us prior to ordering for instructions how to order. When engraving both sides of a disc, they are not made to be worn reversible, the back is just to capture your special personalization : )

Yes, all sterling silver by nature will tarnish due to sulfur compounds found in many things. It can happen very fast as it is a "reaction" and not something that only happens over time. Perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, household cleaners, pools, and jacuzzis and sometimes just certain peoples skin oils or perspiration can cause tarnish(oxidation). Orders come with a polishing pad that will remove tarnish and bring it back to a shine. Just rub over the piece gently with that pad to remove the tarnish. Once the tarnish is removed or after wearing in general, its good to wash the bar every now and then with warm water and a mild dish soap. Just hand rub gently and make sure to completely dry it.

All orders come in a LEILA jewelry box. We will combine multiple pieces in one box unless you've requested individual boxes for gifting. If you are shipping a gift directly to someone, mark your order as a gift at checkout, then there will be a space to write a gift message.
