1 out of 5 starsThis item was to be a Father's Day gift, ordered on the 14th May, hadn't received it a week before Father's Day so sent a msg, no response. The item didnt arrive in time, extremely disappointed that my husband didnt have a gift to open on the day, had to ask for a refund which was granted but without any apology or any correspondence...very bad business practice!!!!

3 out of 5 starsDisappointing, had to chase up shop for order due to 'miscommunication'. Cute envelope arrives I'm but nothing special. Over priced for what it is- leather isn't very soft and quite difficult to get cards and hold coins in purse. Present for friend and wouldn't buy again.

I am sorry you were disappointed with your experience. I had a technical issue this particular week and I beleived we had communicated to a satisfactory level to correct the delay in sending your order a few days later then advertised. As for the quality and value for money this is very much a personal opinion and whilst you were not happy with the value for money you were expecting, I have sold thousands of this style and had 100's of 5 star ratings. I always try and do my best to achieve great customer service and I would hope that customers feel they can contact me to let me know if they are not happy so I can try and rectify any disappointment. 1 out of 5 starsThe zipper is too long for the purse which the seller has tucked inside so out of view. This caused the zipper to lock when I try to open it. After untucking it I thought I would use it anyway I would just get used to having this dangly inch and a half of zip at the end. However, after one use the stitching around the second zip started to come away. I contacted the seller she agreed to a refund if I return the purse which I did. The post office tried to deliver it. They left a card for her but still nothing. It took many emails from me demanding that she collect the item and give me my refund. I did in the end get my refund after opening a case with etsy but it was not an easy transaction by any means.

I am sorry you were disappointed with your experience. The clutch purse that you ordered was in perfect condition when I sent it to you. On inspection once I received it back from you. I could see nothing wrong with zip, it was made correctly. As for the stitching around the second zip coming away, I cannot comment on how this happened as the stitching is lock stitched that does not break, come away or unravel without being cut and/or picked out, from experience, it is a mystery as to how this happened in the 2 days of you receiving it. I sent a refund immediately after receiving the item back from you. I agreed to this refund without any communication from etsy and sent this refund to you in a timely manner. I have no knowledge of you raising a case with esty, if you did do this. Kind regards, Leonie
