I am a dynamic career coach who has more than 9 years of experience working in Human Resources (HR) in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. During my time at Room to Read, an award winning multimillion-dollar nonprofit, I oversaw global Recruitment and Training & Development. I played an integral role in helping the organization grow from 70 employees to 600 within 6 years’ time.

During my career, I have interacted with countless job seekers and worked with hundreds of hiring managers across numerous fields. With my background in Training & Development, I know how to meet people where they are and equip them with the tools needed to meet their goals. I'm passionate about working with people and bring creativity, strategy and extensive HR knowledge to best serve each client’s unique needs.

Throughout my career I often noticed a mismatch between employer expectations and candidate behavior. After many years spent informally helping job seekers to improve their job search strategies and noticing their successful results, I was inspired to launch Lasting Impressions Career Services. The company is founded on the belief that if candidates can create lasting impressions throughout the recruitment process, those impressions will continuously open new doors throughout their careers.
