LIONESShomeandgarden's Shop Policies

If you have any questions about anything that is for sale in my shop, please convo. me. Also, if you require more detailed photos of an item, especially the vintage items, I can do that for you, just let me know...

I love to do custom work, so if you see anything you would like, but a little different, please ask.

Please make your payment via PayPal, direct check out, or ETSY gift card. I usually ship two days a week; typically Tuesdays and Saturdays. Customizable orders may take up to three days to finish.
I will also send you a tracking number if applicable (international and one of a kind items).

I will be using USPS shipping for most of the smaller items such as jewelry.

For larger/breakable items and furniture, I may use FedEx ground. If a shipping charge turns out to be less than what you paid, I will refund you via PayPal or direct check out. The noted shipping charge is a general price to make sure it's covered, the difference, upon actual shipping, will be refunded to you.

International shipping rates have gone up and my prices have had to reflect that increase. However, if I pay less than what I charged you, I will refund the difference. Also, you may incur additional customs fees upon receipt of item. I can not be accountable for that fee, as I am unfamiliar with each country's policies.

If you have any questions, please convo. me before making a purchase.

I am willing to work with you on anything.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will take a return if you feel the item is not as stated or pictured.
If something is lost or damaged in transit, I will refund you or send another as applicable. I will deal with the shipping agent.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please be advised that raw brass may take on a natural patina. It is an untreated/unplated metal. I find it easiest to keep clean and bright with a metal polishing cloth, such as a silver polishing cloth that you can buy at a jewelry or big box store.

Please use care when removing earrings so as to not repeatedly pull front of earring from post.

Please do not wear fashion jewelry in the bath or to swim.
