Thanks for visiting my shop, here is a little about LJB

LJB Ceramics began as a passion to create unique, exciting, well-designed and eye catching ceramics. I had a strong desire to incorporate artisan quality work in my lifetime.

I enjoy cooking, along with other family members. When we get together, we enjoy good food and conversation. The conversation starts with the food, what we created and how it is displayed, which leads to my hand made serving dishes. The tableware is as delectable as the food we have created. Even everyday mugs draw people in, as they often ask “Where did you get that mug?”

As I throw my pots on the wheel I want to leave a mark, such as throwing rings so that one can feel the process as it was being made. I use both porcelain and stoneware. Each item is created as a one of a kind piece in the Rio Grande Valley of New Mexico.  

Everything I make is highly durable, and can be placed in the dishwasher, oven, and even the microwave. I recommend treating these ceramics with care, so that they can be enjoyed and last a lifetime.
