Contacted the seller by email and via the Etsy website three times asking for help with returning/exchanging the item and all emails completely ignored. Very poor (non-existent) customer service! Would not purchase from this seller again.

5 out of 5 starsWell made, beautiful lamp including personalization. There are already five stars for this. An extra star but for the great service! There was a (caused by me) problem with the mail, and LJ sent again without grumbling and fix. Thank you again and greetings from Spain!
