Two things that the buyer should be aware of:
1. When it comes to what the customer wants, Sandy is not a very good listener. When I tried to get a word in to explain, she seemed to get frustrated thinking I was not listening to her and kept talking over me. She may want to adopt the philosophy of the customer is the one buying my product, I need to listen to what they want so I can deliver it or explain why I cannot deliver it.
2. There does not seem to be a quality control check system before products are shipped. The first one arrived off-centered to the left. Sandy agreed that it was wrong and was nice enough to replace it. The second came with a distinct color difference on the right side. At this point and two months of dealing with this, I’m just going to keep what I got and chalk it up to experience.

Absolutely love it. My sister, brother in law, and niece are going to be so excited once they receive this gift. Love the quality and care that was taken to create this pizza board. Thank you so very much :)

My friend recently opened up a pizza business in LA and I wanted to celebrate his success with something personal and unique. I am SO SO SO happy with the product! the paddle board itself is of great quality, but what really makes it is the detail and design. Everything with this transaction was easy. I simply emailed the custom design I wanted and from there the process was very quick. If I ever need a personalized item again, I am definitely coming here!
