1 out of 5 starsSimply put... HORRIBLE customer service AND a total misrepresentation of the product altogether. The product sent does not match the picture. Not even close. As the first product arrived damaged... meanwhile I had to pay to return it, so they could fix the damage. Either way... I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS MERCHANT! Meanwhile SHE received reimbursement for payment price from the Post Office. I still paid full price PLUS additional return shipping.

I am so sorry that you were disapointed in your product. The product was damaged in shipping from the post office. The client did not want to file the insurance and asked me to which I did. I remade the product exactly to his specifications and sent the return product with 2 business days, one for production and mailed out on the second day. When the client told me of the problem he sent this response, RE: ORDER # 2303945421Merry Christmas Sandra, I received my Personalized Pizza Peel last week. I didn't open the box until it was opened today for Christmas. The design looked great... However, the front edge of the peel was damaged. It appears to have been chipped on the very front edge. I am very surprised at the statements that are now being made. I can assure you this review is not correct.
