Returns and exchange details
Refunds can not be issued on direct download purchases that have already been downloaded. You may receive a refund on a digital item only if you have not downloaded the files associated with the sale.
Shipping
The information that you provide needs to be proofread completely before submitting. If changes are made after the initial design, the design process WILL TAKE LONGER THAN TWO BUSINESS DAYS. Expect an additional 24-48 hours per requested change to the design.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom photo designs work best when photos are 300 dpi or higher. Low resolution photos will print grainy. This is not the fault of the designer.
It is in your best interest to print a trial card before placing your entire order. This ensures that the color quality and cropping is to your liking.
EVERY PRINTER IS DIFFERENT. If, upon test printing you find the color is unsatisfactory, I can adjust within reason. Just let me know via email in the most descriptive way possible (i.e. The pink text is printing dark purple.). I can make adjustments and re-send the file.
Printing instructions are provided with the completed files. It is not the responsibility of LLPapergoods to ensure that these instructions are followed. Failure to follow these instructions will result in poor quality printing.
Once the buyer has paid for and received the final files, they retain ownership of them. They may be printed as many times as needed.
