We ONLY ship within the USA, however, if you are interested in ordering and live overseas, please convo us and we will see if we can work out an arrangement.

• Item(s) will ship within 1 week after payment has been made and cleared.
** All made-to-order/customer order items will ship once the item(s) are complete (between 5-7 days).
• Item(s) will be shipped to the verified address on Etsy. Please contact us if you would like it shipped to another location
• All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) standard 2 to 5 days expected delivery
• Rush shipping is available at a reasonable additional cost

* Purchases $25 or more, free tracking is included. If your purchase is under $25 and you would like to add tracking, please convo us for a reserved listing to include tracking for a small charge (USPS fee).

****If you would like to add insurance to your order, please convo us prior to purchasing and a custom listing will be made for you. For any orders that ship without insurance, once they leave our hands, they are in the hands of the postal service and we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.****

Please Note: If you are paying by e-check through paypal, your item(s) will not be shipped until the payment clears. We will convo you once payment clears and prepare your order for shipment.

***IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your paypal and Etsy address match, as we will not be responsible for lost packages if your address is entered incorrectly.
Refunds and Exchanges

We only offer refunds on limited basis and can only be done 30 days from the day payment was received and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. As well as the following:
1. We must approve a refund before a return will be considered.
2. All returned items must be returned before the 30 days from the day payment was received.
3. All returned items must be returned undamaged and/or un-modfied.
4. We do not refund for shipping in any way; this includes the original cost of shipping the item, nor the cost to ship the item back.
5. We are not responsible for items damaged in return shipping, so please pack items carefully.
6. If an item is sold in multiple pieces, then all pieces must be returned, no partial returns will be accepted. (Example: if 1 quantity of a listing comes with 6 pieces then all 6 pieces must be returned.)
7. Please include a copy of your etsy receipt noting what you are returning

Otherwise we do Not offer refunds/exchanges, unless we have misrepresented the item.

In the rare case that your item is damaged during transit, we require that pictures be sent to supplement as proof. This is needed in order to facilitate a case review and reimbursement (if applicable)
