Frequently asked questions
Can I get a custom/personalized order in a certain color?

Yes you can get custom items in any color or design. Just reach out to me to ensure I can take care of you.

Can you fill the item for me?

Most of my custom treat I will ship for you upon request, except juice pouch. Please reach out to me for any fill request you do not see in the store.

How much does your custom items cost?

Depends on what you are ordering and how. Please look in the store for the listing you are inquiring about and check the drop down for pricing. I do not have every item listed in the store, so if you are looking for something you do not see, please reach out and we will go from there.

Can I get a mock-up before I pay?

Unfortunately not. I do not do any work on anything until the payment is made. This helps me not waste time on something you may not buy. If for any reason you do not like what I have designed, we will discuss refunds at that point.

Can I get a refund now that my party is cancelled?

Once your items had been made and shipped I do not offer refunds. If I have not shipped but can show proof of items already made, I do not offer refunds, as materials have already been used and I do NOT make anything until a final approval has been made. If there is something traumatic that has happened, please reach out and we will discuss refunds at that point. I will be totally honest with you and hopefully you will be honest with me.

What happens if my shipment is lost in the mail?

I ship everything through USPS unless there is some odd reason I would not. Once the item has left me I am no longer responsible for the item. However, I will try to help you out as much as possible on my end! Please reach out if you have any issues with the shipping.

What if I don't like the design, can I be refunded?

Yes! I will work as hard as possible to provide you with the design you are looking for. However, if we can not seem to come to a final decision on the design then I will refund your purchase - minus a $20 design fee. If this is a digital item, then half will be refunded. This is after 2-3 revisions have been made.
