We create unique and simple laptop, tablet sleeves and small daily bags.
Coming up with new designs combining different patterns and colors of various fabrics is always so much fun and exciting.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
All products have been checked and packaged carefully before dispatch.

We accept returns in the case of quality shortcomings only.

We are happy to answer all questions before you make purchases.
If the buyer mistakenly purchased a wrong product, the return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Custom orders and damaged/used products cannot be returned.
Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of the parcel arriving and we will discuss the possibilities. If reasonable, we will accept return or issue refund on the condition that you send the item back in the original condition. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are always the buyer's responsibility.

***Cancelation can only be done in 5 hours after placing an order. ***

IMPORTANT: All custom orders including small size or color change are final sale and they are non-refundable in any cases. Custom orders are specially made just for you and we cannot re-sell them to other customers. Same goes to when the package returns to us due to incorrect shipping address provided or the recipient did not pick up the package or arrange for re-delivery in time. We cannot be responsible for the buyer's responsibility, therefore no refunds can be issued in these cases either. However, when package returns to us and you want us to ship it to you again, we can after getting the payment for the re-shipping.

If the package was returned to us due to incorrect shipping address/"no authorized recipient"/"notice left" but the buyer did not pick it up from the post office, etc, there will be $2.50USD return shipping/handling charge. So if the package was returned to us and we received the item back in the original condition, we can re-ship it to you after getting the postage fee plus the return shipping fee from you or you will get refund for the price of the product minus $2.50USD only (Original shipping fee is non-refundable in any cases).

We ship worldwide from South Korea using KoreaPost. Tracking numbers will be provided.

Please double check your shipping address and the addressee when placing an order.

If your PayPal address is different from your Etsy address, we will use your Etsy address to ship.

We ship during working days only as the post office is close on holidays and weekends.

**If your package does not arrive 20 business days after it was shipped, please contact your local post office first and ask them about the package with the tracking number. It is most likely the post office has the package on hold. This takes much less time than us contacting the post office.
