Do you accept returns?
We love creating the items we offer and we strive to give our customers 100% satisfaction from our service and items. If – for some reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us prior to returning the item.
You may return new unopened and unused items, in its original condition and package and within 30 days of delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We ship to virtually any address in the world except the following countries: Iran, Lebanon, Syria, Algeria, Libya, Pakistan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Sudan, Yemen.
What are shipping methods available?
1. Registered Airmail. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via Israel Post. It takes about 10-21 for the package to arrive. BUT, due to various reasons (holiday season, customs, etc.) the service might take a few extra days. We provide you with a tracking number which will enable you to track your package.
2. EMS Express. Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days and then it takes about 4-5 business days to arrive. Full Internet tracking is available for most of the countries.
How do you declare the package to customs?
For custom purposes, we mark all purchases as "merchandise/souvenir" with its ORIGINAL VALUE declared. If you like us to declare different value, please write it down in the order remark. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
