Thank you for visiting LSK Designs. My name Is Mylyne De Jesus a designer of various things, but my favorite of all is designing hats for the busy knitter. My classic designs are well-suited for both young and mature ones. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I aim to please the buyer by making sure the products are described accurately and photographed clearly. PDF patterns and custom-made items sales are final. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the order provided that the item arrives damaged. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and will be issued a store credit upon receiving the damaged item.

I accept payments through PayPal, which is a fast and secure way of conducting transactions.
Shipping
Please note that you will be able to download PDF pattern(s) instantly to your device. You can download the free Adobe Reader at http://get.adobe.com/reader/?no_ab=1. Allow 5 to 10 days, unless otherwise stated, for custom-made items to process and 1 to 2 weeks shipping, depending on the package destination. Ready-to-ship items are mailed the following business day. Please be advised that USPS shipping rates frequently increase, which in turn increase shipping charges.

Non-PDF items shipped in the U.S. weighing 13 oz or less are shipped through USPS First Class Parcel unless otherwise indicated. Packages weighing more than 13 oz will be sent via priority shipping. International orders are shipped by first class international. Shipping rates are based on the country's shipping fees and may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and other fees required by the package's destination for which the buyer is responsible.

Orders over $100 USD will include insurance. Upgrades, insurance for less than $100 USD, tracking, or delivery confirmation are available for both U.S. and international orders with corresponding charges applied and billed through PayPal. Please contact me for additional shipping preferences prior to ordering.
