LSR Project Office startade med en enkel frustration: fastighetsprocessen – att köpa, sälja, renovera – går via kalkylblad, checklistor och att jaga folk för uppdateringar, och de flesta verktyg som finns tillgängliga är antingen för enkla för att vara användbara eller för komplicerade för att faktiskt använda under press.

Varje verktygslåda här är en fungerande webbapp, inte en statisk fil. Den är byggd på det sätt vi själva skulle vilja använda den: den täcker de verkliga stegen i processen, beräknar de siffror som faktiskt spelar roll (stämpelskatt, nettointäkter, oförutsedda utgifter) och är i vägen annars.
