Hello and Welcome!
I accept payment via Paypal.
All US orders will be shipped first class mail via USPS. If you need express shipping, please convo me before you make the purchase, and I will adjust the shipping cost. International orders will be shipped via standard mail.
I will message you when your order has shipped.
Once you place an order, a professional photography printing lab prints the photo, sends it to me, and then I will inspect it, and then send it to you. This will take 10-14 days from the time that you place an order. If it will take longer, I will let you know. International orders will take longer. I will message you when Item has shipped.
Orders are placed with the lab at varied times, depending on volume. I will let you know when the estimated ship date will be on your order!
Photographs that are 8.5" x 11" and smaller will be placed in a sleeve that is acid-free and lignin-free to protect the photo, with a rigid cardboard insert, and then shipped in a rigid photo mailer.
Larger photographs will be mailed in a tube. I will use the same packaging as the photo lab used, to send it to you.
Greeting cards and envelopes (if ordering just 1 card) will be encased in a cellophane bag, and shipped in a rigid mailer or a standard envelope - depending on size and stock availability. Orders of a larger quantity that warrants sturdier packaging, will be shipped in a box.
ACEO cards will be enclosed in a small envelope or cellophane bag, and shipped via standard envelope. Bending of this small photo card should not be an issue because it is like mailing a regular greeting card. However, should damage occur, please contact me immediately. The damaged card will have to be returned to me (buyer will pay postage) and I will then ship a replacement.
Generally, I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. (Please take a photograph of the damaged item so we can submit this to USPS) Please, always contact me if there is a problem with your order. We can work it out!

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, I will exchange your item or refund your money (shipping costs will not be refunded) within 7 days after you receive the item.
Refunds will be issued via money order, for the amount of the print only - not the shipping charges. I want you to be happy with your order! For either exchange or refund, the item should be returned in original condition, with the original shipping materials. You will be responsible for exchange/return shipping costs.

If not completely satisified with your photograph(s) or card(s), simply contact me (within 7 days after you receive the item), send the item back to me in a rigid envelope or for cards a standard envelope will be okay (please request correct mailing address from me), and upon receipt of the item, I will issue a refund via money order - for the amount of the print, not the shipping charges. **
Please note that due to different calibrations of different computer monitors, there may be slight variations of color from what you see on your screen, to the actual print. The soft focus, blur, and subtle textures on the photo print are intentional. Again, if you are not satisfied, please contact me as soon as possible, and we will work on a solution so that you are happy.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Photos are not matted or framed.
All prints are signed and dated on the back. Notecards will not be signed, but will have a standard copyright stamp on the back. Gift tags will have neither signature nor copyright stamp.
If you want a custom order, please let me know. Any photograph can be made into a card, ACEO, different sizes are available, different paper, most anything...Just ask!
