Returns and exchanges

If by any reason you would like to return or exchange the shoes please contact me with in 7 days from the moment you received the package.

Please send me an email regarding the reasons of why you would like to return or exchange the shoes and I will provide you with an answer.

The shoes must be returned in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original package.
The shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface.
I will not be able to exchange or refund used or damaged shoes.

The shoes will be sent back to me on your expense
And shipping the shoes back to the customer will be at my expense.

You have 7 days to return the shoes from the moment an agreement between us has been placed.
I will receive the the shoes with in 30 days to an address i will provide you
The shoes must be in perfect condition in order to exchange or refund your money.
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-14 business
days of receiving the shoes back.

If by any chance the shoes will be lost on the way back i recommend to insure the package. and a refund will not be provided

I accept PayPal only
Israeli customers have additional 17% tax
If for any reason an order is canceled, i will send you a refund through your PayPal account.

Shipping

Please allow 10 business days
for you order to ship. Please allow 14-30 days for your package to arrive. Shipping
Outside Israel: We currently ship overseas with shipping costs 35$-45$ USD.

I am doing my best to send my shoes as quickly as possible.
All my orders are sent with registered air mail with a tracking number
To the U.S. shipping will take 14-21 business days
To the far East and Australia up to 21 business days
To Europe up to 14 business days

I can't be responsible for a package delay due to customs in the country destination.
If by any reason you need the order sooner I can send it through express shipping for additional cost of 25$-45$

Any additional payment due to taxes or custom will be on your expense.
