Returns and exchanges
If you receive your purchase damaged.
1. refuse delivery if possible...and email us within 24 hours letting us know it was refused.
2. If delivered...save all packaging materials including but not limited to box, pottery and broken pieces.
3. within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, email us and let us know there is a problem. Include photo is possible.
We at LVPotters will do our best to address any concerns problems or issues that arise.

All shipping costs have been calculated for Standard USPS (US Postal Service OR UPS shipping. If you require something faster please contact us via email. Please allow 5-10 business day for USA delivers and 10-20 days for Canada. Canada deliveries are subject to customs fees & taxes. The fees are the sole responsiblity of the buyer. Note: all efforts will be made to minimize customs issues.
