It is my desire for you to happy with your purchase/s from me. Please feel free to make suggestions, comments, ask questions, and please do ask about a custom piece. Payment using credit card, or check through Paypal or money order, personal check sent by mail. If there is an option you may need, and don't see it listed, talk to me. Your item will be held until payment clears at the bank. I must receive any payment by mail within 12 actual days of the order, or it will be cancelled. SORRY, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR CANCELLATIONS ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER (see REFUND POLICY below)
Your purchase will be shipped U.S.P.S. unless otherwise stated in the listing. Stock items will ship out within a couple of business days, unless otherwise noted in the listing. If it is a custom piece, I will give you a guesstimate :-)
ONCE YOUR ITEM IS MAILED I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISHAPS OR MAYHEM in route to you. If this is a concern to you, please ask about insurance.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our postal system has greatly raised the postal rates in 2013. The Priority Mail method your purchase is sent by, takes 6-10 business days. Occasionally, I can send your purchase a cheaper way, BUT, the less inexpensive way has a longer shipping time and it can NOT be insured. We all like to save money and I will work with when I can, but BE AWARE of the risks. Message me if you would like to see about a cheaper rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
SORRY, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR CANCELLATIONS ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER. However, I want you to be happy. I would be willing to issue a shop credit under the following guidelines Contact me within 3 days to let me know you can't live with it (which I hope never happens) In order for a shop credit to be issued you must CONTACT ME PRIOR to returning anything to discuss this option. You will return the purchase at your own expense, undamaged, and include a tracking number. Any returned item that arrives without prior contact or permission will be refused.
