I accept payment through PayPal and major credit cards directly through Etsy. I make every attempt to make your transaction as smooth as possible. I do, however, reserve the right to cancel any sale where payment is not received within 3 days of purchase. If you are unable to pay within 3 days, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate your purchase needs.
Domestic Shipping ~
To keep shipping costs low, orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail if the weight limit applies. If the item is over USPS First Class Mail weight limit, I ship USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped with tracking/delivery confirmation. I make every effort to ship orders the same day or very next day but always within 2 business days after receiving payment. If you would like your item insured beyond the $50.00 automatically applied through Priority Mail, there are additional charges.

International Shipping ~
Shipping fees for international orders of some select items are subject to quote. Please contact me first regarding items interested in, and I will obtain a shipping quote for you. If you approve of the postage fees, I will issue an invoice for you. Please note that not all of my items are subject to international shipping quote.

Other items are shipped via First Class International Mail. However, there is no tracking nor insurance available at this post rate. If you would like insurance and tracking you must request Express Mail although the charges are much higher. Customs fees, tariffs or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

***Please be advised that if you'd like your order shipped Express Mail with insurance and tracking the postal rate is usually more than double the rate of First Class.

***In addition, my packaging is very secure. I use new, extra sturdy boxes, packing peanuts and bubble wrap to ensure that your package arrives safely and secured.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your order satisfaction is my priority. In the event that you are unsatisfied and wish to return your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of your delivery. A full refund of the items purchased will be issued with the exclusion of shipping costs. Any returned order must be in the same condition as it was when shipped to you and securely packaged. Responsibility of shipping costs for any returned order is that of the buyer.

**If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact me first before leaving negative feedback. I take great pride in trying to deliver clean, well packaged and well represented products. I note all flaws, but if something escapes my eye, it would not be intentional. I make every effort to make you happy with your purchase as I want you to return to my shop!
Additional policies and FAQs
My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your LaBella Vintage purchase. I look over each of my items so carefully to be able to photograph and/or describe any shortcomings that the item may have. But please keep in mind that this is a vintage site and these items have all been previously used and adored and any vintage item is expected to show some degree of wear. If I miss a flaw, it is not intentional. But, in any case, if you are not satisfied in any way, please email me right away as I will make sure that your transaction is pleasant and satisfactory.

Each item is thoroughly cleaned and/or polished, laundered, pressed and all of them are extremely well packaged.

** "RESERVED" listings are no longer accepted. When items are reserved, my site becomes discouraging and confusing for customers who see items they may wish to purchase right then and it is not available. So, to be fair to all, I will not be able to reserve items. Thank you for your understanding.
