I ordered 6 card with hair bows that said "will you be my brides maid" at the end of August. I still hadn't received them by the end of September so I contacted her and she said I would have my packages by the beginning of October. By late October I still hadn't received my package so I cancelled my order for a full refund. She said that her shop was flooded (which I am truly sorry about) but it was unprofessional to not contacts clients to inform them of the situation/delay.

I asked for matron of honor and got maid of honor. The earrings were broken. Would not recommend.

Is gift wrapping and personalization available?
All cards can be customized just for you! Simply email me the name and/or small message that you would like printed on your jewelry card. All orders will arrive ready for gift-giving.
What is your return policy?
All single items can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) if the item is returned within 3 days of receipt.
Multiple order (usually for bridal parties) are not refundable. Please purchase one "test" item before placing a large order if you are unsure about your purchase.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Quantity discounts are available. Some listings have the discount already built in (listings that offer different quantities when checking out.) Single item listings may also qualify for discounts. Check the listing description and shop announcement for more information.
When will my order ship?
MOST orders ship within 3-5 days. Large orders (bridal parties, etc.) may take longer. PLEASE email me with your need by date BEFORE placing an order so I can make sure that I can get you your package in time.
How do I care for my new jewelry?
To best care for your jewelry:
-Avoid moisture (water, lotions, body sprays)
-Remove when showering, swimming or exercising
-Never use chemical cleaners to polishes to clean your jewelry
-To clean: Buff very gently with a soft 100% cotton cloth. Warm water may also be used on sterling silver, 14 karat gold filled and vermeil
