I try to ship items within 2 -5 business days after they have been created. Shipping estimate will depend on destination. Any customs charges, import taxes, and/or fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the package is dropped off at the post office I cannot be held responsible for lost packages UNLESS you have purchased insurance.
I do NOT offer refunds or re-shipments due to lost or stolen mail. If you wish to avoid this, please upgrade your shipping to include tracking.

All items come from a smoke-free home - We do have pets (cats & bunnies) but every effort has been made to keep the animals away from the fabric (I have a dedicated office with a closed door) - Please wash all fabric before working with it.
