EXPRESS MAIL W/ONLINE TRACKING
Average delivery time is 1-2 days(Monday thru Friday) for US deliveries, 3-5 day(monday thru friday) for Canada and International deliveries. This is the delivery time given by the USPS and excludes Postal Holidays.
Express Mail is an additional charge.
INSURANCE AND SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION
Insurance on packages is available for an additional fee, which depends on the item or items being shipped. Just ask for a quote if this is a service you would like added.
All items will be shipped to your Paypal address. This is the only way to protect you and me from fraud. If in doubt, please check Paypal to insure it is correct.
Production time starts the day after you place your order, give color selection and the order is paid in full.
Rush service is available and FREE but please send request with need by date prior to purchase to guarantee delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges
This shop's policies reflects the policies of bridal shops throughout the United States. Each piece sold, is made to the buyer's specifications and therefore considered Custom and is not returnable or exchangable. Wedding merchandise is fragile and due to one-use nature of wedding merchandise, these policies are strictly enforced. Every bride wants fresh, new items for her wedding and not something that another customer has handled and then returned.
If a package is sent to the address that is provided by the customer to the seller and returned due to a non-deliverable address, the customer will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping cost. Please insure address is correct on your Etsy account.
Additional policies and FAQs
Question: I'm not sure which color would be the best match for my gown?
Answer: Color Swatches are available for purchase in the shop. Since computer monitors do not offer a true color match, a Color Swatch purchase is highly recommended since all sales are final.
Question: Do you do Custom orders?
Answer: Yes, on a limited basis and based on designs that are listed in store.
Question: How do I get in contact with you?
Answer: Always sign in to Etsy account and use their Convo service. It's the fastest and most accurate way to get your request or questions answered. Please do not use the Yahoo email account(email@example.com) due to computer viruses that have been attached to emails, we do not open or reply to emails concerning the Etsy shop.
Question: How do I know my purchase has shipped?
Answer: Sign in to your Esty account and click on your "purchases" section. If it has been shipped, it will be marked as "shipped" and show the date that it was marked "shipped" by the seller. I do send a shipping confirmation the evening of or next day for packages shipped.
Question: Do you offer discounts for multiples, example Bridesmaid sets?
Answer: All items come straight from the designer to you and there are no "middle man markups" therefore the price listed is the best price that can be offered.
