I commit to selling hand made pieces that are new (unused) and unsoiled, and are accurately represented in their listings. I strive to take accurate photos in well lit conditions and describe items accurately so that customers have confidence in placing their order. Variations in screen color are out of my control.

In order to uphold these commitment, exchanges are not accepted. Additionally, refunds will only be granted to customers who have received an item other than described in the listing, or items that are damaged in shipping.

IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING contact the seller within 14 days of receipt to start a claim with the shipping company. Do not discard shipping materials until the seller has informed you if they are needed to start a claim. Additionally, pictures of the damage are required when initiating a damage claim with shipping companies, please take pictures of the damage and send them to the seller.

Tracking information will be made available for all orders. I have made over 1500 sales in my various Etsy shops and have only ever had one case where an item is lost in the mail. If you fear that your item may have been lost, please check the tracking information provided in your profile under "You" (top right hand corner) then "Purchases and Reviews". The US Post Office will only start a claim if an item has not been received for 30 days.
PayPal and Direct Checkout are accepted. Mail orders or cashiers checks will not be accepted by this seller.

Custom orders require prepayment prior to starting on a project and wait times vary between 2-4+ weeks. DM for informations on custom orders.
Most items will be shipped withing 1-3 days unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Additional policies and FAQs
It is the buyers responsibility to have the correct shipping address listed with Etsy or to provide the seller with the correct address. If an item is returned to the seller for being sent to an incorrect or non-existent address, the seller will make three attempts to contact the buyer across 30 days. If more than 7 days pass from the first contact from the seller, the buyer can no longer receive a refund and will have two options. (1) The buyer can choose to re-ship the item at their cost or (2) the buyer can choose to purchase a different item with store credit in the value of the original item - (minus) the shipping cost.

If the buyer does not respond within 30 days, store credit will be the only option and the item will be re-listed by the seller.
