The quality and overall design is perfect for what I needed! It's just the right size for my head without being overbearing. It's very sturdy. AND she sent me a free yellow rose hair clip - which happens to be my grandmas favorite flower - she had no way of knowing, but that was an even more meaningful gift since my grandma has passed on and she can't attend the wedding I purchased this hat/veil for.

This is a very dramatic hat. It's fantastic! The hat material is a sort of black mesh fabric, rather than a sold fabric. To me, this adds to the interest of the hat. It also came very carefully wrapped, so there was no damage to the long feathers,

The hat is lovely. When it arrived the front of the brim was just a tiny bit flat for my taste, but since the hat is made with quality materials I was able to adjust it to my liking.
