Payment

Payments accepted are PayPal or bank transfer, and for overseas shipments I guarantee that any customs fee will be required by the courier!

We always make an invoice for the goods to guarantee the insurance covering.

Shipping

Our goal is to share our work with everyone, so we can ship all over the world.
The ceramic is very fragile, so I will pack personally the product you've chosen in the best way possible, to make sure it arrives intact.

For the shipping address, please make sure it is correct to avoid any misunderstandings with the carrier.

Once the shipment (obviously insured) is made, the delivery will take place in a maximum of two working days for Italy, in about 10-12 days abroad.

For international shipping, my policy is 0 SURPRISES! For this, I will pay customs duty to ensure that no one asks you anything other than what has been paid.
