Hello, and welcome to LaLuna Designs! Offering invitations for every event! Take a peek around..If you see a design you like, but want it for a different event, just ask!

I intend to make every single customer happy with their purchase!
All of my products are designed by me, and most are fully customizable! Keep in mind that, when ordering a custom product, it will take me a little bit of time to get it just right for you!

Most digital invitation / card orders will go out within two - four days (excluding weekends). If it is a bigger project or there are more customizations than normal, please be patient and allow a little longer for your proof to be sent.

>Digital Files:

Digital Files and Instant Downloads cannot be returned, so they are all non-refundable.

I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for any errors you may have with printing if you've just ordered the digital file. I am always willing to make edits / revisions to the file before print, and I will always offer tips and assistance on having them printed, but ultimately, having them printed is your responsibility.

I HIGHLY recommend you physically check a proof of your invitation with a local printer before running an entire set. There's always the chance of slight color variation, possible problems with sizing, etc., and I do not offer refunds on these files once they have been sent to you, under any circumstances.

>Revisions policy on all invite orders:
All invitation / card orders come with 3 free rounds of *reasonable*, simple revisions. Example--you need to change the date, add a name, have misspelled something, etc.
After 3 rounds, if you need any other changes an extra charge will apply.

This does NOT include font changes and / or changes to the graphics or changes to the template. Any changes of this nature are custom, and will automatically incur an extra fee.

>Printed invitation / card orders:

Printed cards/ invites are customized items and cannot be resold, so as such, I don't ever offer refunds on these products.
In the rare case of a misprint that is my fault, I will gladly make it right and ship over a new set of invitations.

For all printed card orders, I will send you a proof via email for your approval. Nothing will be printed until you have approved. PLEASE check and double check all spelling and info. I am not responsible if something is wrong/mis-spelled after you've approved the file and it's sent to print! I won't be able to re-print unless you're willing to pay for another set - so please check carefully!

>Art Prints:

Art prints are made to order. As such, I do not offer refunds / returns on art prints.

>Custom Design Work

Once a custom design project has been paid and the design process has been started, there are no cancellations and no refunds, no exceptions. When you commission custom design work, you are paying me for the time and effort that goes into the design.
I will do everything I can to make you happy with your design. Most packages include a specific number of free revisions, after which more revisions can always be purchased to ensure you are satisfied with your final design.

>Cancellation Policy:

I don't accept cancellations after 8 hours have passed, and not at all if I've started work on the order already. Depending on my workload, I do occasionally start on orders right after they're placed, so please keep that in mind as you're placing your order!

If you've ordered a printed set of invites and I've already sent over a proof but not yet sent your order to print, there's a chance that you may be able to cancel your print package. However, you will still be charged $20 for the digital file, (more if you've ordered a double sided design or more complicated file) as that cost covers my time in setting up and emailing over that digital proof.
I accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards. If you'd like to pay by check or money order, I can allow that on a case-by-case basis; however, keep in mind your files will not be sent to you until payment has cleared!
If you've ordered a printed set of invitations / cards, you will be sent a proof within 2 business days of order.

Invitation /card orders will usually ship within 3 business days of your final approval of the file. All domestic invitations are shipped UPS Ground, which takes 2-5 business days. International orders ship via USPS First Class, which can take up to 4 weeks.

Please keep in mind that, once a product is shipped, I cannot control shipping speed. Factors like weather, holidays., etc., occasionally can cause shipping delays. I am not responsible for delays once an item has been shipped.

As a general rule, I always tell my domestic customers to expect invitations / cards within 10 business days from the date they've placed the order.

Please contact me if you need rush shipping! I have several options available.

Art prints and other printed items will usually ship within 3-5 business days of your order, and are sent USPS First Class.

All items will be shipped to the address on file with Etsy--the address that shows as 'ship-to' when you check out.
If you give me a different address via Etsy convo or email after you have already submitted your order, I will do my best to make sure it's shipped there. However, due to high order volume, I cannot be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address if you haven't double checked it when you placed an order.
