The day I became mama changed my mindset and my complete world. That wonderful little being who entered my life keeps changing me from day to day - and thanks to her, I became able to dive again in playscapes of childhood imagination. It was such a delight to rediscover the beauty of magic carpet! Alas, the shops we had access to were not answering our needs - we wanted to create warm and cozy feelings while playing and exploring world around us, and those plastic toys were simply not the answer! Following my soul, I discovered a beauty of Waldorf world and the next step was obvious - I started making toys for my little one... Idea of La Lutine is born after, when I realized that many parents want the same for their children, but simply don't have time or skills to make these kind of items.
Every item in La Lutine is handmade, and exclusively from natural materials, making them safe and pleasant for the little hands. Whether they are made out of wood or out of wool, they are created carefully and with love, hoping it will bring lot of joy and many smiles on those wonderful little faces. And you know what? I think that every little toy made in La Lutine secretly wish to become a part of some great adventure!

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If you want to return your item, please contact me via email to inform me and give me your name and contact information, the date of the order and the reason for the return. Item must be returned within 10 days since receiving it. The product must be returned to me in perfect condition. It must not have been used and must be in its original packaging.
- I will issue a full refund, minus shipping fees, as soon as I receive returned item.
- The shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility.
Please note that personalized items and custom made CAN NOT be returned.
Payment
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
Customers in Canada can pay by direct bank transfer if they wish, please contact me if you want to use this method.
Shipping
CANADIAN customers - Please contact me for an exact shipping quote! Shipping stated in listing is just an approximate and it may vary greatly due to your province. Your item will be sent Surface Mail unless you request an upgrade. Shipping within Canada is higher than shipping to USA because Canada Post charges more for the same item to be shipped within Canada, plus they charge HST.
AMERICAN customers - your items will be send by Airmail. The average delivery time for Airmail to the US is 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, no tracking numbers are available at this level of service. If you require a tracking number, delivery confirmation or faster delivery, please indicate before your purchase and I can update your shipping services to appropriate service.
INTERNATIONAL customers - Please contact me for an exact shipping quote! Shipping stated in listing is just an approximate and it may vary greatly due to your country. Your items will be send by Airmail, if not requested differently. The average delivery time from Canada is 4-6 weeks, and very rarely it happens to be longer. Unfortunately, no tracking numbers are available at this level of service. If you would like to request a tracking number, or have faster delivery, please indicate before you purchase and I can update your shipping services to appropriate service.

All non-Canadian customers please be aware of all possible duties, taxes & customs fees. I cannot take responsibility for it.
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "message to seller" during checkout. Please be sure that you write correct mailing address.
