Ambassador of Grooviness - Vintage Clothing and Home Decor

Ambassador of Grooviness offers an eclectic mix of colorful and unique vintage finds. I spend my time traveling to estate sales, auctions, tag sales and any other place where I can dig for obscure bits of nostalgia. I love the thrill of finding things that have sat for decades in the back of a closet or tucked away undisturbed in the attic of an old house. Even more so I love sending these things to new homes all over the world!

I grew up in a family of antique collectors and estate sale shoppers. I started collecting vintage when I was a child in the 90’s and could find the grooviest 60’s clothes at yard sales. I spent tons of time as a teenager going to big estate auctions out in the country with my mom and coming home with the car full of things. I’ve been an avid fan of vintage since then and now run this vintage business from my old house decorated with things I’ve collected over the years.

My Etsy shop started when I was in high school, only a year after Etsy launched. Back then I made vintage inspired custom clothing from retro fabrics. I loved being part of Etsy in those early days! While I now use my shop to sell vintage finds, I’m still drawn to the same vibrant colors, prints, styles and designs that inspired me 16 years ago.
