All items are handmade for you in a smoke and pet free environment. That means that no two orders will be exactly alike and that your item is unique being made just for you. That also means that there may slight variations (mostly in fabric print placement) from what you see in photos for made-to-order items.

I accept payment through Pay-Pal which accepts payments via credit card. Pay-Pal is very easy to use as you can check out as a guest or create an account that organizes all of your payment information.
Regular Shipping (USA only):

I always ship to the address you provide to Etsy through Pay-Pal. Typically, I'll ship with United States Postal Service First Class Mail in a protective water-resistant mailer. This service provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation upon buyer's request at no extra charge.


Insurance can be purchased at the buyer's desecration for a fee determined by the USPS. If insurance is declined, buyer assumes responsibility for damage or loss.

If an item is needed faster, I can adjust the shipping according to the fees determined by the USPS.

International Shipping is available on a request basis.

Any extras can be purchased by simply sending me a message and I'll create a "custom order" that includes the shipping extras.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want only to provide high quality products and customer satisfaction is very important to me.

If there is a problem, please contact me with 5 days of receiving your order to return or exchange an item due to quality issues. Buyer remorse, though unfortunate, is not a valid for a refund. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred by a return.
