I would not recommend this feather dress; it is cute but it does not fix to size and the feathers are flying everywhere. I really just wasted $60.

Thank you for your review, Krystal. We are so glad you thought your feather tutu dress was cute! We do stretch every top before making outfits to make sure proper fit prior to shipments. We specified a custom listing would need to be set up for the size that was being requested in messages. A different size was ordered and we tried to work with customers specifications and what was ordered. We strongly suggest messaging prior to ensure sizing is correct upon checkout as we want you to love your item.

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If there is an issue with your purchase let me know within 3 business days after receiving. EU buyers have 14 days from time of receipt. I DO NOT accept returns unless there was a mistake on my part. IF there is a probem and the item is being returned due to my error I will send a return shipping label. It must start moving within 7 days of the date on label. once the item is received back in the condition it was sent I will refund the original purchase price. NO REFUNDS will be issued on customized items.
Payment must be received before item ships. If a order is placed I will get in contact within 1-3 days to verify any additional info. If you decide you want to order and item and change your mind, you must let me know within 24 hours. A refund will be issued within 24 hours, after 24 hrs supplies are already being gathered. After 24 hours no refund will be given.
I use poly mailer envelopes and ship through usps for all items, unless they weigh over the 13 oz, then it will go out in a priority box. I also ship within 1-3 business days unless it is something that needs to be created. then can be up to 2-3 weeks! Item is shipped only after payment is received.

If buyer decides they want the shipping to be upgraded, buyer pays for shipping upgrade, but must let me know within 24 hours of purchase. I am always busy with orders so if you need your custom item done asap there will be a rush fee to add on so i know it is a rush item. If that upgrade is not added then it will be sent in the posted time frame which could be up to 2 weeks!

I automatically get a tracking number for all items shipped for tracking purposes. I do this for the buyer and seller. Items sent are not insured, buyer is responsible for additional payment if they want items to have insurance. Once item leaves my hands i cannot be held responsible for usps. If anything happens i will do everything to locate the package and/or replace. If item shows delivered, i will do everything i can to locate the package, but once it shows delivered it is not my responsibility and will not be replaced. But will offer a discount towards a replacement.

I send packages to the address on file. Im not responsible for packages sent to a bad address. It is your responsibility to make sure the address is correct.

I need something rushed, how do i get it rushed?

Under shipping upgrades there is a rush my item option.

When will my item ship?

Orders are processed in the order its received, i work as fast as i can, and there are other orders.

What does it mean flowers vary due to availability?

Flowers can be seasonal! And dying batches can be different, i try my hardest to match the exact colors as in the photos, as i buy the flowers in huge batches, but it can differ slightly. If its too big of a difference i will comtact you. Otherwise i will make them with what is available in the color. Also computer monitors can change the colors slightly also.
